Fragments - Lines 0783 - 0788 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEF

Yes I went once to the land of Sicily tooA
I went to Euboia's vineyard covered plainB
And to Sparta that splendid city on Eurotas' reedy banksC
And everywhere I went they welcomed me with kindnessD
But no pleasure came to my heart from any of themE
So true is it after all that nothing is dearer than one's homelandF
