Friends Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AA BC DE CF GH IJ KJ

Who shall I call when things go southA
The stench of hate reeks from their mouthA
-
They true colours exposedB
A shame to conceiveC
-
Behind the all the faithful deedsD
Was a broken and shattered smileE
-
Though it they deceiveC
And lure you like preyF
-
A fish on a hookG
On you they shall feastH
-
When evening sun setsI
It leaves you in despairJ
-
No different from a shadowK
It left nothing to spareJ
