My Soul Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE GHIH

In the flame of the flickering fireA
The sins of my soul are fewB
And the thoughts in my head are the thoughts of a bedC
With a solitary viewB
But the eye of eternal consciousnessD
Must blink as a bat blinks brightE
Or ever the thoughts in my head be stilledF
On the brink of eternal nightE

-
Oh feed to the golden fish his eggG
Where he floats in his captive bowlH
To the cat his kind from the womb born blindI
And to the Lord my soulH
