Rhyme Scheme: ABCC DDEE DFDGG DDDD AHAI

Alarm is beeping so loudA
Fading away the dark cloudsB
Keeping clear the skyC
Up above us so highC
-
Alarm is beepingD
But man is still sleepingD
I then watch in sorrowE
Knowing all that may followE
-
Alarm is still beepingD
Announcing the daybreakF
Of a new dawn endingD
But no one seems to hearG
The announcer's voice hereG
-
I can hear the alarm still beepingD
Out loud in the morningD
But as it was in the eveningD
Man is still sleepingD
-
The cock is crowing loudA
Wake up from sleep lazy oneH
And make yourself proudA
For this is your day manI
