My Wish Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAABB CCCB DDEE FGGGG HHHII

Far away I heard him speakA
Yelling his voice to it's peakA
In all better life to seekA
And as to hear the cost of fishB
I begin to make my wishB
-
I pass by his family to observeC
That even the little they deserveC
Men with horns put on their reserveC
And there I wishB
-
Unto the spiritual men they mockD
Piling curses in their stockD
And as I watch in griefE
Again I make a wish so briefE
-
I make my wish againF
Upon knowing all the painG
They go through without gainG
Stressing the blood flowing in their veinG
And hence their toils in vainG
-
I pass by the unprivileged to seeH
People of adult age to beH
Show gross disrespect to theeH
And there I yearn with sorrowI
And I wish it was never soI
