Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EDFG EHIJK LMKN EKKNC

I sit down so quietA
And the nostalgiaB
The reflection of the pastC
That for years have stayedD
-
The happy daysE
Childhood games playedD
And the sorrows joyfully sharedF
Are all noteworthy eventsG
-
Friends of our childhood daysE
That we hope to rememberH
In the future to comeI
With whom we may merrily shareJ
Exciting moments of yesterdayK
-
Life still goes onL
And we leave patterns dailyM
Where our nothingness todayK
May be mocked tomorrowN
-
The rainy daysE
Sharing the pains of yesterdayK
The result of which is todayK
And now with you my friends I knowN
The joy will bring back the pastC
