The Highway Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBBBBBBBBBBCC

Highway since you my chief Parnassus beA
And that my Muse to some ears not unsweetB
Tempers her words to trampling horses' feetB
More oft than to a chamber melodyB
Now bless egrave d you bear onward bless egrave d meB
To her where I my heart safe left shall meetB
My Muse and I must you of duty greetB
With thanks and wishes wishing thankfullyB
Be you still fair honour'd by public heedB
By no encroachment wrong'd nor time forgotB
Nor blamed for blood nor shamed for sinful deedB
And that you know I envy you no lotB
Of highest wish I wish you so much blissC
Hundreds of years you Stella's feet may kissC
