Astrophil And Stella'sonnet Cviii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDCDEE

When Sorrow using mine own fire's mightA
Melts down his lead into my boiling breastB
Through that dark furnace to my heart oppressedB
There shines a joy from thee my only lightA
But soon as thought of thee breeds my delightA
And my young soul flutters to thee his nestB
Most rude Despair my daily unbidden guestB
Clips straight my wings straight wraps me in his nightA
And makes me then bow down my head and sayC
Ah what doth Phoebus' gold that wretch availD
Whom iron doors do keep from use of dayC
So strangely alas thy works in me prevailD
That in my woes for thee thou art my joyE
And in my joys for thee my only annoyE
