Demons At Noon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD BBEE FFGG HH

In the heart of deepest shadows noonday sun beaming highA
Beneath a world of blinding light a different realm identifiedB
For midst the golden hour s glory demons dare to roamC
Crafting chaos in the sunshine turning daydreams into thronesD
-
From the darkest depths they surface their obsidian wings spread wideB
With fiery eyes and twisted smiles temptation in their strideB
Innocence they swiftly plunder virtue shrouded by their mightE
Licking their lips with hunger deep they savor souls in broad daylightE
-
Wielding their deceptive power they dwell within the mindF
Whispering vile incantations invisible chains they bindF
They feast on weakened virtues and virtues yet to beG
As the clock strikes twelve at midday the true nature we shall seeG
-
In the bustling city streets where laughter fills the airH
Demons weave amongst the masses a wickedness they wearH
