Wails everywhere, people are dying,
I see things I can't utter, how fast
the day's going, with each Day
drawing us closer to our graves,
A thought that's heavier than pains;
I was once a little boy, strong like an eagle,
But here I am, old and feeble,
I once viewed the full moon,
But now, I can hardly see a spoon;
We once played marriage, used clay
as cakes,
Everywhere's dry, now connected
by waves,
I want to go back to those days,
Those days we spent near the lakes;
Man's quickly fading,
Everything's changing !
How time flies !, Mortality is a curse,
I pity mankind, death will find all of us,
There's no hiding place at all,
Lord, please ease the pain when I fall;
Time Flies
