My Africa Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCBD D EFAAFGAHID JKLMNBOD D

Shaped like a heart of a worrierA
Paved in art and cultureA
Sorrow in the eyes of a lot of fathersB
from the departure of their fathers Left to rest in the 's penny hustleC
Landscape so tall over man made skyscrapersB
To those of you who know not the name Welcome to AfricaD

My AfricaD
-
The upcoming sun peeks from beneath the cloudsE
It does this so patiently you could take a momentF
For that moment The birds sing from theirs nest A lot of people never really could see natureA
Corporations see a tree they see a extra roll of toilet paperA
But beneath the tall bunch of amarula trees rests an elephantF
Feeding its mouth from its trunkG
A animal that symbolizes care for nature Gunned for a site of natureA
The mountains Ecco the criesH
But help only comes when dialedI
Is this what we've come to my AfricaD

Africa is Diverse in completionJ
Programmed for competition by western customsK
they boarder unity The grasp of our roots from the moist country soul looses its gripL
Our own cultures no longer has valueM
If our fathers great grandfather were here alive to witness this tragedy They would raise their sons better Breathe to them the truth of life To carry down upon usN
But our fathers breathe fire like mythical creaturesB
I can't say I blame them because they were oppressed Stripped of all human qualities thy became like dragonsO
is this what we've come to my AfricaD
