Sagging clouds and a peeping sun | G |

The Almighty blessed me watered my ground | J |
I grew up and His Angels took me | K |
To the other side of a world I only dreamt of | L |
Escaping from the daily death | M |
From the monotony of grief | N |
They died everyday before my teary eyes | O |
Brothers sisters cousins uncles all of them | P |
They said it was this curse AIDS | Q |
Torturous with a parching vengeance | R |
Wantonly plucking away vernal roses | S |
Leaving deep trails of sorrowful tears | T |

For the children of Africa orphaned ignored | V |
Malnourished their dreams pitch black | W |
I pray to the great God above | L |
To spare them the pain the tears | T |
Just give them the blessing of hope | X |
Listen to the harmonies of their souls | Y |
Moisten their chapped lips | Z |
Just if you could love their emptying souls | Y |
