We were called by the fragrance of | J |
The rhododendron | G |
To numb our awfulness | A |
We smelled its sweetness | A |
And walked away | I |
Carefully as we feared death | D |

As I approached the golden drizzle | E |
I looked back to watch the happy faces | A |
But Alas My eyes couldn't find them | K |
For they smelled another sweetness | A |
I walked further with a cold heart | L |
Carefully I stepped forward | M |
And now I was brave enough | N |
