Golden Drizzle Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABAACD EFAGHCD AIJGAAID EAKALMN

Summer golden lightsA
Dripping off the canopiesA
We walked forward searching for moreB
Walked passed the bushesA
And the little danger headsA
CarefullyC
As we feared deathD
-
We walked again towards golden drizzleE
To find contentF
We stepped on the brown patchesA
The remains of the dead great banyanG
We walkedH
CarefullyC
As we feared deathD
-
Stepping forward we saw carcassesA
Of animals and we looked awayI
We were called by the fragrance ofJ
The rhododendronG
To numb our awfulnessA
We smelled its sweetnessA
And walked awayI
Carefully as we feared deathD
-
As I approached the golden drizzleE
I looked back to watch the happy facesA
But Alas My eyes couldn't find themK
For they smelled another sweetnessA
I walked further with a cold heartL
Carefully I stepped forwardM
And now I was brave enoughN
