| Or even understood why I had to be a spy | A |
| Until now that I still have so many unanswered questions | C |
| Hovering in my head like scavengers | D |
| Waiting to feast on my dead brains | E |
| At any least given chance | F |
| Why were we kept from so many secrets | G |
| When they knew it will one day be open themselves to us | H |

| I wanted to become a spy so I could | I |
| Figure out what goes on behind closed doors | J |
| When lovers are coiled inside blankets | G |
| I wanted to also know how our parents | K |
| Did their magic that brought forth | L |
| One of our kind every four years | M |
| I wanted to find what was hidden | B |
| Behind the deep blue skies | N |
| And the deep blue seas | O |
| I wanted to find out what goes on behind closed doors | J |
| And inside the dark when all the lights go out | P |

| There are no secrets but mysteries | O |
