Echoes From The Past Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEFGH I

I have ripped my chest apartA
Showed you the colour of my loveB
But you tore my heart apartA
And fed them to the scavengers aboveB
Your love made me blindC
I saw no one but youD
In the eyes of my mindC
Yet you left me feeling blueD
The moment you broke me still lingers annuallyE
Like the cheers of Hossana on a Palm SundayF
Moonwalking me back to these echoes from the past graduallyE
As I become a willing victim to the BeaujolaisF
Laying in the tombs of your dead promisesG
Waiting for you to come back and resurect me in three daysH
