Were all assembled Criccieth's mayor addressed themM
First in good Welsh and then in fluent EnglishH
Twisting his fingers in his chain of officeG
Welcoming the things They came out on the sandN
Not keeping time to the band moving seawardO
Silently at a snail's pace But at lastP
The most odd indescribable thing of allQ
Which hardly one man there could see for wonderD
Did something recognizably a something 'B
