From Hafiz Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCADECD FGFG HIHJ

I said to heaven that glowed aboveA
O hide yon sun filled zoneB
Hide all the stars you boastC
For in the world of loveA
And estimation trueD
The heaped up harvest of the moonE
Is worth one barley corn at mostC
The Pleiads' sheaf but twoD

-
If my darling should departF
And search the skies for prouder friendsG
God forbid my angry heartF
In other love should seek amendsG
-
When the blue horizon's hoopH
Me a little pinches hereI
Instant to my grave I stoopH
And go find thee in the sphereJ
