A mother's selfless cries
Of loneliness for her child in the night
Awakening her child with a playful game
With a smile, warm and bright as the sun
The love and kind gesture
Expressed towards her son
Despite the trials and tribulations
This world puts on her
Getting herself prepared for work
”Where are my shoes?” She asked
"Did I put enough water on the flask?"
"Where did I keep my keys?"
The day is set
Darkness drives in
Sitting on her bed
She told her child stories of God's love
Then she kissed him goodnight
She did all
Watching her child grow
Succeeding with God's help
She hides out of sight
It was still dark at night
Wooden was the floor
Scrape against the door
Leaking roof, Wetted couch
She shouts her husband's name
In despair she cries out
Oh no! The bed is soaked
The disastrous ruins cause by the rain
Tormented and deserted
She cries all alone
God was watching
Giving her support
Dazzling and protected
She stands joyful
Bleeding no more
God by her side
