All that we see about abroadA
What is it all but nature's GodB
In meaner works discovered hereC
No less than in the starry sphereD
-
In seas on earth this God is seenE
All that exist upon Him leanE
He lives in all and never strayedF
A moment from the works He madeF
-
His system fixed on general lawsG
Bespeaks a wise creating causeH
Impartially He rules mankindI
And all that on this globe we findI
-
Unchanged in all that seems to changeJ
Unbounded space is His great rangeJ
To one vast purpose always trueK
No time with Him is old or newK
-
In all the attributes divineL
Unlimited perfectings shineL
In these enwrapt in these completeM
All virtues in that centre meetM
-
This power doth all powers transcendN
To all intelligence a friendN
Exists the greatest and the bestO
Throughout all the worlds to make them blestO
-
All that He did He first approvedP
He all things into being lovedQ
O'er all He made He still presidesR
For them in life or death providesR
