If a poor man can eat, hope,so be it,
a political hearsay
of 'will do,will dawn a new way'
a rich man arms are spread,
'I can make your life different'
and the government ever gloating
of a commitment to better me!
empty promises and hops
What a poor man has to eat,
Only God can solidify to real!

If a poor accepts
MORSEL for a full meal
please let him,
with every new leadership,
'Have this for now,more soon'
when a rich man burps,
a side dish and handkerchief appears
and dear government has subsidies
'all enriching and true'
Dear Lord please see what i eat,
and add your blessings,to make me full!

If a poor is blind to your
HELP,even when genuine-
Dare see it his way,
with every new liberation
so the sameness smell lingers
with the vroom of rich man departing
so the old lacking sings
and the government will admit
it wasted a full term, needs another
Take the poor man place,at the big table

A poor man asks for no gifts,
every day living is one added!
His is an urge for an extension,
to your fishing line
he knows of a place he can go
the patience he must muster
the food he can consume
and where to put the reminder!
He feeds YOU in what he likes most
He even know what YOU need in your toast
So why, when a poor man is hungry
you hurriedly turn east?
