| There's a difference between good management and rolling the dice | H |
| Don't be a tyrant just treat us with respect | I |

Poet's note: The poem is a condemnation of boss who is oppressive and unfair. The speaker refuse to work under his oppressive regime and leaves. He refutes his undertakings like shordy promotions and warns him to remember that everyone is equal and should be treated with respect. The poem also advises the boss to be a better manager and to be fair to all.
