Oh Boss Oh Boss you big bad clownA
Thinking you rule with that cheap plastic crownA
But let me tell you your grand plan stinksB
I won't kiss your behind it's too full of skinksB

Your promotions are a joke just for showC
But I'm the real deal you bloomin' potatoC
My bones ache from your foolishness galoreD
But now I'm waving goodbye no more no moreD

I'd rather dance with the devil than your boots Mr BossE
I hope you'll remember me and my classy lossF
We're all born equal and we'll all die the sameG
So let's enjoy life no need for the blame gameG
-
I'm leaving but I'll leave you with this adviceH
There's a difference between good management and rolling the diceH
Don't be a tyrant just treat us with respectI
And let's all have a good laugh without any neglectI

Poet's note: The poem is a condemnation of boss who is oppressive and unfair. The speaker refuse to work under his oppressive regime and leaves. He refutes his undertakings like shordy promotions and warns him to remember that everyone is equal and should be treated with respect. The poem also advises the boss to be a better manager and to be fair to all.
