Do you remember meB
O sweet forest fairyB
Have I damaged you this muchC
As you whistle sweet but sad tunesD
You cry bitterly and it shatters meB

I count the stars and give each one a nameE
But no one makes me feel what I felt for youF

I long for your warmth and tendernessG
Can you cover me with a coat of woolH

I have been away for too longJ
Wandering and wondering in the jungleK
And I am a fool to think that I still own the placeL

Where I used to hide my face and bury my tearsN
You were a blank pageO
On which I used to write my painP
I was a picture and you framed meB
But I left you enclosed in the cageO

Things were cruel and I was a cowardQ
I had no way to keep you safe or dry your tearsN
I'm a jerk who left you teared apartR
I left when you needed me the mostS
Will you forget and forgive at onceT
Will you accept me againU
Although you know that I am lyingV

I tremble when lions roarW
I get afraid when wolves howlX
I shiver when it rainsY
And my skin burns on a sunny dayZ
I thought I was able to live on my ownM
But I'm nothing without youF
