Return And Repeat Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFFF GHIIJJ KIBLMM

Living your life ignore my perceptionA
Two of your wrongs don t make me a rightB
But lets not get forward your free will a jokeC
Not costless but binding in any law courtD
Irrevocable choices now set in stoneE
Changes are future not a back dateF
Honing and moulding what some call our fateF
Not written in tablets but ours to dictateF
-
Nurture and nature the luck of the drawG
No time travel options to change what has beenH
So why do we do it look over our shoulderI
Mistakes of our past just make us feel olderI
Best look to the future our only true freedomJ
To alter our steering our personal Te DeumJ
-
vision shows context not choiceK
Ruts sinking in history engrained here and afterI
Laid out in confusion with perfect foresightB
Like so many fillets on fishmongers slabL
That given the choice select their own rankM
On pristine white marble their known catafalqueM
