A Song For Old Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDAEFAEAEAGAH

There shall be a song for both of us that dayA
Though fools say you have long outlived your songsB
And when perhaps because your hair is greyA
You go unsung to whom all praise belongsB
And no men kiss your hands your fragile handsC
Folded like empty shells on sea spurned sandsC
And you that were dawn whereat men shouted onceD
Are sunset now but with one worshipperA
Then to your twilight heart this song shall beE
Sweeter than those that did your youth announceF
For your brave beautiful spirit is lovelierA
Than once your lovely body was to meE
Your folded hands and your shut eyelids stirA
A passion that Time has crowned with sanctityE
Young fools shall wonder why your youth being overA
You are so sung still but your heart will knowG
That he who loved your soul was your true loverA
And the last song alone was worthy youH
