Candela Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEDFGDH DIJKL KDMD NDODPQ RSDDTUVQQ UKW

A small sun beams whenA
Nightfall and we're sickB
Resist wind to stow her wickB
Sits in her throne like a queenC
Without moonscapes she's a moonblindD
Makes us not feel time and see sun soonerE
But when it's the break of dayD
She'll be fallow all left is hollowsF
So will she go never to returnG
No while it's sunset she is with thirstD
To kindle us the world with less flawsH
-
You're alone outD
There is nowhere to go inI
And no one to be withJ
At least you have a candleK
The molten candle you should saveL
-
Protect the candleK
Tonight there is stormy windD
Shelter the torchM
To not yourself endD
-
Her dress thaws to be ravinesN
She sinks in with our stardustD
Like she doesn't want to beO
For saving children from rustD
Her drops are dropping in her valleysP
Slowly she cascades while we blareQ
-
It's so dangerousR
The sun hasn't been risingS
And the candle is going to be banishedD
We are scared of tenebrosityD
And everything with us will be fumesT
We need just a little fortuneU
To dive carry sun upwardsV
And resume herself up on her chairQ
But who will do that will lose to be a heirQ
-
Maybe there is no known way to bring the sunU
So we should make use of the candleK
Make her lead us homeW
