Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDE FBGB HIJ KLMNOP QERCBS CTUC

In a court of law stood a man accused HisA
head hung low feeling sad and used HeB
tried to show the beauty of love and peace toC
a world filled with hate and fear MeeklyB
wept for our souls as He was beaten andD
pained to tearsE
-
Jury cried Death and He was nailed to aF
Tree The crowd mocked the prisoner yet HeB
emitted no plea Said With the sealing ofG
My fate I set you All FreeB
-
His Soul rose to His Father and said Thy willH
be done Today Satan has been cagedI
power over him has been wonJ
-
And the guards shook in awe as the groundK
crumbled day turned to night lightningL
cracked and thunder boomed The ultimateM
ironic paradox with Man s most savage actN
of innocent slaughter he has been savedO
from Eternal DoomP
-
Now the price of Man seemed too much forQ
its worth yet through blood sweat and tearsE
He lovingly paid the fare and when it wasR
finished He sighed and asked His Father DoC
you think their hearts will continue to beB
bareS
-
My Son if they desire believe and are TrueC
the very Love you have displayed today canT
be found each time they fall to their kneesU
and ask for guidance through YouC
