All of a sudden
I heard a deafening sound
With cold fear laden
My heart was choked and bound
I told myself
I can't but wait and see
What is reserved
What shall become of me
Echoes sounding in my ears
Shadows rounding causing fears
Dangers warning drawing near
Dark clouds folding dripping tears
These spoken lies
Shall be used against me
But these act of mine
Shall be used to get me
Singing silently
Making my voice weak
Mourning sorrowfully
Letting the countenance sick
If I can but show some courage
What if it can match the heat
I must rise and be free from bondage
Life is down but faith believes
Next will be my greatest challenge
One which will decide my fate
To bring an end to this life torrent
Before it's heard and said I'm late
