Shakespeare Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCCBBC DEDEDE

YEARNING to know herself for all she wasA
Her passionate clash of warring good and illB
Her new life ever ground in Death's old millB
With every delicate detail and en masseC
Blind Nature strove Lo then it came to passC
That Time to work out her unconscious WillB
Once wrought the Mind which she had groped for stillB
And she beheld herself as in a glassC
-
The world of men unrolled before our sightD
Showed like a map where stream and waterfallE
And village cradling vale and cloud capped heightD
Stand faithfully recorded great and smallE
For Shakespeare was and at his touch with lightD
Impartial as the Sun's revealed the AllE
