O Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBA CDDC EFGE HIJH

O moon large golden summer moonA
Hanging between the linden treesB
Which in the intermittent breezeB
Beat with the rhythmic pulse of JuneA
-
O night air scented through and throughC
With honey coloured flower of limeD
Sweet now as in that other timeD
When all my heart was sweet as youC
-
The sorcery of this breathing bloomE
Works like enchantment in my brainF
Till shuddering back to life againG
My dead self rises from its tombE
-
And lovely with the love of yoreH
Its white ghost haunts the moon white waysI
But when it meets me face to faceJ
Flies trembling to the grave once moreH
