Internal Firesides Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDCEEF

Bewilderingly from wildly shaken cloudA
Invisible hands deft moving everywhereB
Have woven a winding sheet of velvet airB
And laid the dead earth in her downy shroudA
And more and more in white confusion crowdA
Wan whirling flakes while o'er the icy glareB
Blue heaven that was glooms blackening o'er the bareB
Tree skeletons to ruthless tempest bowedA
-
Nay let the outer world be winter lockedC
Beside the hearth of glowing memoriesD
I warm my life Once more our boat is rockedC
As on a cradle by the palm fringed NileE
And sharp cut silhouettes in single fileE
Lank camels lounge against transparent skiesF
