In A Lonesome Burial-place Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCCB DDBEEB FFBGGB HHBIIB

In a lonesome burial placeA
Crouched a mourner white of faceA
Wild her eyes unheedingB
Circling pomp of night and dayC
Ever crying Well awayC
Love lies a bleedingB
-
And her sighs were like a knellD
And her tears for ever fellD
With their warm rain feedingB
That purpureal flower alasE
Trailing prostrate in the grassE
Love lies a bleedingB
-
Through the yews' black tufted gloomF
Crimson light fell on the tombF
Funeral shadows breedingB
In the sky the sun's light shedG
Dyed the earth one awful redG
Love lies a bleedingB
-
Came grey mists and blanching cloudH
Bore one universal shroudH
Came the bowed moon leadingB
From the infinite afarI
Star that rumoured unto starI
Love that lies a bleedingB
