| You have to contend with the scary water | C |
| Sometimes you encounter mountain like waves | D |
| Bear in mind that you are not a fish | E |
| Even if you are an excellent swimmer | C |
| Anything can happen when you swim offshore | F |
| You may get in difficulty and panic | G |
| Let me give you some helpful advice | H |

| Do not pay attention to the size of the sea | B |
| You will not drown in the whole sea | B |
| But you could drown in a small part of it | I |
| You should never overexert yourself | J |
| Focus on the water that closely surrounds you | K |
| The rest of the sea will not affect you | K |
| As long as you can keep afloat where you are | L |
| You will overcome your fear and stay alive | M |
