A Vindication Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACADEFGHIJKLAM

If heaven loved not the wineA
A Wine Star would not be in heavenB
If earth loved not the wineA
The Wine Spring would not be on the earthC
Since heaven and earth love the wineA
Need a tippling mortal be ashamedD
The transparent wine I hearE
Has the soothing virtue of a sageF
While the turgid is rich they sayG
As the fertile mind of the wiseH
Both the sage and the wise were drinkersI
Why seek for peers among gods and goblinsJ
Three cups open the grand door to blissK
Take a jugful the universe is yoursL
Such is the rapture of the wineA
That the sober shall never inheritM
