Now All The Lovely Days Are Past Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGBAB

Now all the lovely days are pastA
The hours of sun and leagues of seaB
And starry nights that lay betweenC
Yourself and meB
Our boat has left the sea behindD
She lies beside the friendly dockE
And soon the gangway will go downF
And lips will meet and hands will lockE
And carriers will come climbing upG
To take my things and leave us freeB
There's trams and streets and home at lastA
For you and meB
