I Went Down To Post A Letter Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEADFGHIGFI

I went down to post a letterA
Through the garden through the gardenB
All the lovely stars were shiningC
As I wentD
They were free as I unhappyE
Only he to whom the letterA
Must be sentD
Even stars forget the prisonsF
Stars and clouds and moonlit watersG
I believe the wind would shun themH
If it couldI
He at least rebels remembersG
Dawn breaks eastward where the prisonsF
Erstwhile stoodI
