I Read A Statement In A Newspaper Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDEFGHIJKL

I read a statement in a newspaperA
That Twentyman the manufacturerA
Found it was cheaper to deliver goodsB
By horse and lorry than by motor truckC
Or motor van So he had sold his trucksD
To purchase horses He dismissed those menE
Who had mechanics' minds to re employF
Drivers of horses friends of animalsG
Then life grew stronger in me because lifeH
Had triumphed in this case and would perhapsI
Finally triumph over the machineJ
Even such mean commercial victoryK
Being better than no victory at allL
