I Must Be Dreaming Through The Days Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGHEHIJEJKELE

I must be dreaming through the daysA
And see the world with childish eyesB
If I'd go singing all my lifeC
And my songs be wiseB
And in the kitchen or the houseD
Must wonder at the sights I seeE
And I must hear the throb and humF
That moves to song in factoryE
So much in life remains unsungG
And so much more than love is sweetH
I'd like a song of kitchenmaidsE
With steady fingers and swift feetH
And I could sing about the restI
That breaks upon a woman's dayJ
When dinner's over and she liesE
Upon her bed to dream and prayJ
Until the children come from schoolK
And all her evening work beginsE
There's more in life than tragic loveL
And all the storied splendid sinsE
