A Bronte Legend Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGAHIJKLK

They say she was a creature of the moorA
A lover of the angels silence boundB
She sought no friendships She was too remoteC
Her sister Charlotte foundB
I know she nursed her brother till he diedD
Although she didn't like him that she hadE
Housework and all the ironing to doF
Because her maids were badE
And in the midst of it she wrote a bookG
There could have been small leisure for the moorA
Or wandering She used to mend and sewH
The family was so poorI
Her brother died But she died just as soonJ
As she had nursed dear Charlotte through the shockK
Of Patrick's death Contemplative Well wellL
No Simeon of the RockK
