Kashmiri Song Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CBCB DBDB

Pale hands I love beside the ShalimarA
Where are you now Who lies beneath your spellB
Whom do you lead on Rapture's roadway farA
Before you agonise them in farewellB
-
Oh pale dispensers of my Joys and PainsC
Holding the doors of Heaven and of HellB
How the hot blood rushed wildly through the veinsC
Beneath your touch until you waved farewellB
-
Pale hands pink tipped like Lotus buds that floatD
On those cool waters where we used to dwellB
I would have rather felt you round my throatD
Crushing out life than waving me farewellB
