Rhyme Scheme: ABC DD ED FF| Anxiety where do we start | A |
| It troubles you whenever you're alone | B |
| but will always hide if it knows you know | C |

| It waits for doubt because it feeds of it | D |
| and when you try and stop it tells you 'you'll never fit' | D |

| It's so draining at times especially when it gets worse | E |
| sometimes thinking and expressing is a problem it turns out to a burst | D |

| We are strong in our own way | F |
| don't let to get to far that's all I have to say | F |
