Anxiety

Anxiety.....where do we start
It troubles you whenever you're alone
but will always hide if it knows you know.

It waits for doubt because it feeds of it
and when you try and stop, it tells you 'you'll never fit'

It's so draining at times especially when it gets worse
sometimes thinking and expressing is a problem it turns out to a burst.

We are strong in our own way
don't let to get to far that's all I have to say
