Holding things together everyday | H |
The common man works sunrise to sunset | I |
Does what he can in every way | H |
The common man is peaceable to his fellow man | J |
Not in war with his neighbor | E |
Being the kind of man who loves | K |
Yeah that's what the common man does | F |

The common man believes in God | L |
And all His wondrous things He do | M |
Prays with his family daily | C |
He tries to be true | M |
True to his family and his God | L |
That's common man as you see | C |
And that's what he does | F |
