Path Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDD EFGHF AIJKL CMANG EOGOC GPALQL

The path seems all so clearA
Is it a trapB
Of some higher force in powerC
Pr is it meant to be soD
For the path it goes to and froD
-
Sometimes seems straightE
Sometimes goes roundF
What's its destinationG
Keeps your mind entangledH
With a question profoundF
-
It seems so clearA
Is it my eyesI
Or is it so thatJ
The nails laid there are colorlessK
And what they cause is only painL
-
Running parallel there goes anotherC
Which seems to be laid with pinsM
But its destination is clearA
Despite the stormy windsN
Blocking visionG
-
It goes straightE
No matter whatO
But the other oneG
It seems to get our eyes shutO
Despite the clear weatherC
-
My concise says to take the clear oneG
For it appears safeP
Even though its destination remains unclearA
For the other one seems to cause painL
Which makes me question myselfQ
Would it be worth it if I get no mortal gainL
