The Right Thing Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD

WHEN Day once stirs her locks of goldA
Up seize ere she is well awakenB
And with her steps thy paces holdA
Till she from Earth her leave hath takenB
-
What tho' upon the way she frownC
Her goal attained unto thee turningD
With such a gift thy toil she'll crownC
Thou'lht thank her with a smile next morningD
