A Love Dream At The Beach Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEEDFGGHIJOn a summer day I saw a pretty dame | A |
bathing in the warm waves of the beach's tub | B |
She tanned her skin to adorn her slim frame | A |
massaging its softness with each gentle rub | B |
From that distance she exuded sweet fragrance | C |
stemming from the refining of her radiance | C |
Sensual movements from lips hips curves legs and hands | D |
made me fantasize as I relished each moment | E |
My love struck eyes gazed at the rhythmic movement | E |
of this scantily clad model for all lands | D |
After a sunbath she tied her pristine towel | F |
then with a fixed look she gazed straight at me | G |
'Hello the adventurous gentleman ' said she | G |
'You sure look gay hale hearty and swell ' | H |
Shyly my fears of rejection loomed large | I |
whilst my love dreams turned out to be a mirage | J |
