To My Daughter On Her Birthday. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEFGHIJJKLMM FFNNOODDPAQQNN

Darling child to thee I oweA
More than others here will knowA
Thou hast cheered my weary daysB
With thy coy and winsome waysB
When my heart has been most sadC
Smile of thine has made me gladC
In return I wish for theeD
Health and sweet felicityD
May thy future days be blestE
With all things the world deems bestE
If perchance the day should comeF
Thou does leave thy childhood's homeG
Bound by earth's most sacred tiesH
With responsibilitiesI
In another's life to shareJ
Wedded joys and worldly careJ
May thy partner worthy proveK
Richest in thy constant loveL
Strong in faith and honour justM
With brave heart on which to trustM
One to whom when troubles comeF
And the days grow burdensomeF
Thou canst fly with confidenceN
In his love's plenipotenceN
And if when some years have flownO
Sons and daughters of your ownO
Bless your union may they beD
Wellsprings of pure joy to theeD
And when age shall line thy browP
And thy step is weak and slowA
And the end of life draws nearQ
May'st thou meet it without fearQ
Undismayed with earth's alarmsN
Sleeping to wake in Jesus' armsN
