To Myra Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDE FGFG HIHI

O thou whose tender serious eyesA
Expressive speak the mind I loveB
The gentle azure of the skiesA
The pensive shadows of the groveC
-
O mix their beauteous beams with mineD
And let us interchange our heartsE
Let all their sweetness on me shineD
Poured through my soul be all their dartsE
-
Ah 'tis too much I cannot bearF
At once so soft so keen a rayG
In pity then my lovely fairF
O turn those killing eyes awayG
-
But what avails it to concealH
One charm where nought but charms I seeI
Their lustre then again revealH
And let me Myra die of theeI
