From Those Eternal Regions Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCCBDDEFGGHHII

From those eternal regions brightA
Where suns that never set in nightA
Diffuse the golden dayB
Where Spring unfading pours aroundC
O'er all the dew impearled groundC
Her thousand colours gayB
O whether on the fountain's flowery sideD
Whence living waters glideD
Or in the fragrant groveE
Whose shade embosoms peace and loveF
New pleasures all our hours employG
And ravish every sense with every joyG
Great heirs of empire yet unbornH
Who shall this island late adornH
A monarch's drooping thought to cheerI
Appear appear appearI
