| It is the country of Macbeth | J |
| Where good King Duncan met his death | J |
| And Barren Heath that place of fear | K |
| Stood witches' cauldron of Shakespeare | L |
| Nairn's Cawdor Castle strong remains | M |
| Full worthy of the ancient Thanes | M |
| And nestled 'neath the hills and bens | M |
| Queen of the moors the loch's and glens | M |
| Full proudly stands in vale of bliss | M |
| Chief Highland town of Inverness | M |
| Near here the famous Falls of Foyers | M |
| Where Burns and others tuned their lyres | M |
| And the fatal field of dark Culloden | F |
| Where doughty clans wore once down trodden | F |
| Here men yet wear the tartan plaid | N |
| Ready to join the Highland Brigade | O |
| And when the Frith you look across | M |
| The eye beholds Sutherland and Ross | M |
| Where Duke hath harnessed mighty team | P |
| Plows hills and rocks and moors by steam | P |
| Perhaps it may in part atone | F |
