Long 'ere Her Majesty the QueenB
Had visited of AberdeenB
'Ere she in castle did abideC
'Mong glorious hills on the Dee sideC
Or visited each Highland glenD
Or won the hearts of Highland menD
Here oft' was seen in celtic dressE
Two Stewarts brave in InvernessE
Well worthy of the poet's lyreF
They claimed Prince Charlie as grandsireF
And that they also did combineG
Stuart with Royal Polish lineG
Their names Sobieskie StuartH
They won many a Highland heartI
But Royal order did go forthJ
To build Balmoral Castle NorthJ
Then wondrous change was quickly seenB
All hearts were captured by the QueenB
